6 days left to a purchase and sales, inspection tomorrow
While looking up how to get things ready for a building inspection I ran across this great page Home Inspection Photos
The first floor toilet was running and none of the usual fix-its worked so I called a plumber. $257 later he tells me it is fixed. Except it is not fixed, it is still running. Told plumber no fixy no money. He explained that I was just a poor confused female and didn’t understand toilets. Now the BIG BOSS is coming, probably also to tell me what a poor confused female I am. ‘No good deed goes unpunished’
Ok in order to keep things moving along on the sale of the house I now have a $315 toilet to match last year’s $1000 sink. Are we having fun yet?
