… I finally obtained some home owner’s insurance. I had to promise to fix everything on the inspection report and give a time frame before they would write the policy. Texas home insurance is some of the most expensive in the nation, more than here even. They have had several problems with it and the state has been cracking down on the companies. Onto utilities tomorrow.
