48 Days to the closing

Perhaps an offer? The showing agent left a note in the feedback section saying they had faxed an offer to my agent. (who is currently mia *@*#%$!!)

They don’t have the disclosure yet, and I don’t know the details, though I won’t be posting them till the deal is closed.

Tried calling and email the agent last night, no response. It was after 8pm. We were up at 6am, still no agent. Does this guy just sleep all the time? We threatened to come by his house, we’re only a few blocks away. We could bring coffee and donuts, it’s almost 7 now ;-). I’m sure he’d be thrilled.

So we are sitting here waiting…. will dig out house for todays showing in a bit.

The money on the offer looks good, the closing day is 60 days not 30, and they haven’t seen the disclosure and we haven’t seen the pre-approval. Soon.

Bleh. Still waiting for paperwork from the buyer’s agent. It may be this evening before we get there. Today’s showing canceled on account of the snow.

We have an offer now. If all goes well there will be an inspection this week, we’ll do a purchase and sales March 23, go to Houston for the second week in April to pick out a new home, come back up here and close April 29th, drive to Houston and settle in to a new home the first week of May. Ha, it should go that smoothly.

We had a drive by today looking at the house. No telling if it is the person who canceled today or a new seeker?
