9 days to a purchase and sales

46 days till closing

Finally! We have the offer back all updated, and the people who looked at the house yesterday liked it and may make an offer if this on falls through. So things’re moving right along here. The inspection will be later this week. So all things going well it took 56 days and 7 showings to move the house. Of course the closing is still a ways off.

We’re back to looking for homes in The Woodlands in Houston.

Looks like the inspection is Friday. The new owners requested info on the heat and electric bills. Ha, those of you following this blog know that was this year’s project. I sent them way more information than they want ( I’m sure ). I bet we have the most energy efficient house this size and age around here.
