Inspection day!
Are we ready to rock and roll or what?
Though I am sure any inspector worth his salt can find a few things to check mark in a 100 year old house I expect to hear we have the best loved and cared for home of this size and age in town.
Good thing I got an early start. It is only 11 and they are showing up. This is the parents of one of the buyers. They are outside eating lunch. I invited them to come wander about, I don’t know if they will take me up on it or not?
Long, busy day. The inspector was impressed with all the work done. All went well, the new owner’s are really nice people. I think they will love the place. Everyone is happy.
Purchase and Sale will be done and set before the weekend is out, we’ll be in Houston house hunting April 5-10.
