Just as I was getting upset about being still stuck here as spring arrived winter decided to set back in.

We’ve a showing scheduled for dinner time tonight. Our first weekday showing ( if we don’t get stood up again ) and that puts us at 1 showing every 10 days. Still need to up that but things look more promising now.

The average still seems to be 7 showings/4 weeks. So we should have had about 12 showings and this is number 5. Perhaps this week will be busy and we will catch up on showings?

Yesterday at the Open House during a lull the Salesman told me of a home down the street had about 40 showings before it sold! Ouch!

It has been pouring all day. I sure hope they still come to look at the house. Especially since they can see what a snug, dry basement we have.

The Salesman up loaded some interior shots of the house today. Hopefully that will help draw some folks in too. He make work out ok yet.

Bah! 2 no shows in 2 days. I’m going to start hanging around till I see people show up.
