Looking at the other homes +/- 10k from the current price I think we are far and away the best deal in town. So this should do it.
Chaos.
Yearly check up for me today. The doctor ran way late, and I received a call for a showing at noon while I was in the waiting room. I then received a second call switching the showing to 1pm. So home I fly, tear through the house cleaning up the usual weekend mess and all the muddy floors from yesterday’s Open House. At 10 till noon I was sitting down for a quick bite and check the email and up pulled a mini-van. I must’ve spooked the person because she took off and even stood up the broker. Guess I’m scarier looking than I thought.
Off I went and had lunch and hid at the local coffee shop till 1:30. ( I didn’t find out about the broker get stood up till much later ) Now I’m ready for a nap.
I have not worked out or ran in it seems like forever. I’m going to try to get back into running tomorrow. Our eating habits leave much to be desired right now too.
