Today the letter came with the usual requests from the closing atty.
Except this atty is in Hanover. Can we say one hour each way, then 3 hours waiting for the attys to drive one hour each way and wait at the court house to file the deed.
I do not think so. ( more like a cold day in hell )
Sent appropriate email to The Salesman to straighten out confused atty. Salesman says he’ll get us a different atty.
Winnowed down our list of homes to view in The Woodlands to 6 and have spoke with The Realtor down there, we’ll be able to see all 6 next Wednesday. I’m hoping we can get the offer settled Thur, inspect Fri or Sat and do the P and S Friday or Saturday before heading back up here.
