Well my driving habits have not changed. I was thinking so hard about how to market this house the move and all that I was at the 128/93 split in Braintree before I realized I was supposed to be on 495.
Determined not to let that happen twice in one day I paid close attention all the way down 90, starting pondering stuff again and missed 91. I then got to take the scenic route 10 through South Hampton, West Hampton, North Hampton, Hampton and East Hampton before arriving in Amherst.
I had a great time hanging out with the children, then headed home and promptly thought my way past 90 and had to back track 10 miles.
We should have a good ad running in both the Suburban and the Globe this week. Hopefully we shall see some traffic here despite tomorrow’s snowfall.
Next week we are doing a broker tour where the local sales agents do a quick pass through your home. Hopefully the Salesman will get some useful information from that and perhaps an agent will realize this would be the perfect home for one of his clients. We are doing an Open House to the public that Sunday. Perhaps it’ll be the second time the Salesman has sold a home at an open house?
