I sent all that info to the moronic Salesman. Good thing for email otherwise I’d be yelling and wanting to break things. Email keeps us at a safe distance from each other right now.
He sends me back the 11 listings between 300k and 325k in Attleboro. Most of them are Capes and Ranches and nothing like us. He suggests perhaps we are still a bit high and we should leave the price. My estimation of this guy’s IQ is going down daily.
I send him the two similar homes to ours on that list both are at 320k. He drops the price but only to 325k. I am really hostile now.
I suggest we advertise in the Boston paper. Since you can walk to the commuter rail from here, and since the yuppies are pricing everyone out of the city we might find some interested souls. We came from up near the city and bought here for exactly that reason. Yes, that should work and get us a buyer. I’m too smart for my own good sometimes.
