On a more amusing note I received a phone call from a lawyer we hired to do some minor paperwork tonight. He found my phone number on his cell phone and thought maybe I might be a new client? It seems the boys don’t even have to see me now to start chasing me. It is a step up, the last lawyer we hired called us from a bar.

I had The Salesman drop the price another 10k and add in $3000 closing costs. Perhaps that will separate us out from the crowd and get some attention? We are now at 329K.

The Buyer also did not like the bare pine trim on our bead-board ceilings. (no imagination I guess) It took me over 8 hours but they are all painted the same white as the ceilings and other trim in the house. I am going to be so very sore tomorrow, but we are not getting enough people looking at the home that I can afford any mistakes. The clock is ticking ever louder. I have to admit the ceilings do look better with the trim white.
