House showings and updates
The people who looked at the house said it didn’t have enough updates. It is hard to imagine what’s left to update? We’ve redone the baths, kitchen, furnace, windows, roof, electricity, floors, chimney, washer, dryer, fridge, hot water heater, and most of the porch. I wish I could see inside their heads and know exactly what they liked and did not like.
I emailed Salesman and let him know the for sale sign is under about 3′ of snow, he is bringing me a new one to put on top of the snow bank. He also mentioned the showing agent said we had the cleanest basement he had ever seen. Go figure.
